Home  |  Search Exercise  |  New Patient  |  Find Patient  |  Assign Exercise  |  Favorites  |  View Program  |  Edit Exercise Add new patients to your list by clicking “Create Patient.”  The patient’s name, email address and date of birth are the only required information.  All personal information is encrypted for patient privacy.  Enter the patient’s name and date of birth to create his or her account. Entering the patient’s email address automatically generates an email message including the patient’s username and password and instructions for accessing his or her home program.
